Is ordering from your site safe?

Yes. MyBellaPink.com uses only secure ordering pages (SSL) that are 100% secure from prying eyes. You can confirm that you are entering a secure ordering page by looking for the “yellow lock” icon at the bottom of your screen or the URL staring with https.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship within 48 hours (maximum - not counting weekends) of the order being placed.  However, some items may take longer, and custom orders will ALWAYS take longer. In such cases, you will be notified by email and by phone if there is a delay in shipping your order.

How do you ship my order?

We ship per the method you selected when checking out (USPS by default).

Where's my tracking number?

Other than “one-day” deliveries, tracking numbers for DOMESTIC ORDERS can be provided to you on the following business day that you place your order. Please email you tracking # request to michelle@mybellapink.com. For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, please allow 7 business days to pass before requesting a tracking number.

Do you ship on the weekends

Short answer is no. However, if this is an emergency order, email us and we'll do the best we can.

How long do I have to return an item?

14 days, which starts after you RECEIVE you shipment.

If I return an item, how long does it take for my CC to be credited?

We process returns on the business day after we receive the item back. Generally, it takes about a week for you to see the funds posted back to your account.

Do have to pay when you re-ship?

No exchanges are sent at no cost to you.

Do you ship to Hawaii

Yes, Hawaii is treated as a domestic shipping location.

Do you ship to Canada

Yes. However, shipping anywhere outside the United States in considered “International Shipping”.
